Setting the name on the local network, it takes a long time to receive settings, how to fix it?

Good afternoon!
I configured the dnsmasq service on the computer with ubuntu, registered its ip as dns in the router for WAN The name is available over the network and responds.
But when another device is connected to the router via Wi-Fi, the domain is visible and responds only after 30 seconds or more. What could be the problem?
