Set up TM Extra Product Options and WooCommerce doesn't add, why could this be?

Everything is set up, I tried to set up a separate global form and add it as an option to the product card, as soon as I didn’t, but when I try to add a product to the cart, only the price and the main product are displayed, and the options are not added at all.
