Set hover in IE9 Developer Tools?

Hello how to set :hover on an element in F12 IE9? In normal browsers, it is enough to check the desired effect in the HTML inspector and pick it calmly, but here I can’t find how to do it.

IE9 doesn't have that option.
You can:
1. Use FireBug Lite
2. Have a class that behaves like a hover and just add it to the element in developer tools(F12).
