Services for remote development on macOS?

There are several ideas for your startup. One of them is implemented using augmented reality. As far as I know, now there is only one working normally for iOS / iPadOS. For the development of these systems, it is not yet possible to buy a normal iMac / Macbook Pro.
I would like to learn from colleagues about the experience of using any services that provide the possibility of remote development on macOS and XCode. Their tariff plans, service, the ability to install your own software and most importantly about privacy, can and / or local admins access these machines, and something like that?

All services that now exist - rubbish. The only way out is to install it on a virtual machine and work through Xcode Server. As practice shows, this method cannot even be called a crutch. Well, if you look at the cost of any such services, it is better to take an old Mac Mini for 15-20k rubles and not worry.
