Services for live broadcasting to the Internet?

There is a task to broadcast some events to the Internet. Broadcast experience. There is a need (a permanent audience of 3,000+ online viewers). I use a regular iPhone 5 as a streaming device. I streamed constantly via Ustream, everything is more or less normal.
Tomorrow I need to broadcast again, but the problem is that tomorrow my broadcasts will be much more official and the appearance of advertising during the broadcast is unacceptable (perhaps some media will take my video stream). This is where the problem arises: with Ustream prices, I will go from $ 999 for just one hour of broadcasting. Ustream has a trial period of the Pro mode, but there are penny restrictions, i.e. literally in the first minute I get out of the restrictions and I turn on a regular account with advertising.
I know that it is possible to gain 100+ subscribers per channel on a YouTube account (any, not just a partner one) and arrange live broadcasts, but there are terrible glitches with all sorts of crashes, buffering, freezing (we tried several times), this is especially noticeable with intermittent broadcasts (i.e. when there is not one continuous broadcast, but according to the schedule several times a day). There is a whole bunch of problems, you can write a whole post on them, but now I won’t go into details - it’s just that the option is swept aside.
Advise me some alternatives for broadcasting, it can be paid, but not with such prices that every month the cost of a supported car is given to broadcasts (bambuser has similar prices, do not advise).
Do not advise your own server, broadcasting, RTMP and similar goodies - they instantly start DDoSing us, even QRATOR does not always save us.
So far I have found an alternative in the form of Livestream , but I would like even more options.
In addition to the iPhone 5, there is also a camera, you can even buy something, not very expensive. But ideally, mobility, because broadcasting will often be non-stationary in the future.
PS: Do not offer AdBlock and other restrictions bypasses. Firstly, I do not like to cheat, and secondly, I am tormented by everything-everything-everyone to explain what and how to put.

I don't remember advertising, but you can broadcast directly through vlc, i.e. from virtually any source.

There is yatv. Sometimes it was buggy, I left it for ustream. But try it, it's cheap and generally works.
Well, as an option, knock on those who can help for advertising, etc. Like webinar.ru or seemedia. The right people are there.
