Service to protect information viewing?

I am making an online store selling an electronic newspaper (pdf). It is necessary to think over a system for protecting files from being copied and viewed on other devices. Are there services/platforms to view files only on registered devices? That is, the person who bought the newspaper could not copy this file to someone and view it on another (not registered) device.
Is there anything similar at all?
UPD: I decided to view pdf files directly on the site, in my account. And here it is already easier to fasten the security and connect it with the store.

You do not mention in one paragraph the web and the prohibition of copying))). Against this, unless your own viewer comes along with your newspaper and checks the owner.

Part of the document must be viewable anyway. For example, the introduction and content of the document, some minimum to arouse interest in the reader. I don’t know how to implement it, but somewhere I came across such protection.

There is such a thing as an ebook (usually an exe file with protections, checks, etc., which shows content, more often html). From pluses - hang protection though on SMS. Of the minuses - most likely not cross-platform, exe is blocked by antiviruses, mailers, etc. distrust. Bypassing protection if desired is not difficult.
In general, as a philosophical question, the protection of information is a thankless task. As a last resort (particularly expensive or valuable information) they use the banal PrintSreen from which there is no protection yet;)
