Service-library for fans to read?

Hello!
Tell me please, has anyone met with library services? Interested in an analogue of film search or something similar, so that you can select books (works, authors) that you have already read, download some works so that they are stored somewhere on the server, or in the cloud. So that you can collect both fiction and technical literature in different formats, something like a personal home library. Maybe there is a web version and an android application, any solutions are of interest. The main criterion is no paid books.

I won’t tell you the service, but I’ll tell you my approach, maybe it will fit:
1. I keep the library on my home laptop, the books are arranged in folders
2. The folder with the library is synchronized with Google Drive
3. On the android tablet, FolderSync synchronizes the library with Google according to schedule or manually -drive. Not everything is synchronized - for example, I completely synchronize fiction books in FB2, I download technical books in PDF only if necessary.
Everything is quite convenient in my opinion, but it requires some fiddling with the initial setup.
Previously, instead of Google Drive, I used SugarSync - there you could do without a crutch in the form of FolderSync, any change in the library on the computer was quickly reflected in the tablet. Google drive is not so convenient, but the price decided :)

bookmate. Stored in the cloud, you can both upload your books and take shared by others. There is a web version and an android app. There are also paid books, but they are not forced to use them.

By type of film search, there is livelib.ru, unfortunately without the “personal recommendations” feature. As in film search, there is no filling of works.
The full (yes, not personal :) library is downloaded from a torrent - an archive of fb2 books ~ 50GB (details: traumlibrary.net )

full librusek now weighs 519 gigs (official distribution on the nnm tracker nnm-club.me/forum/viewtopic.php?t=618892 ) - Like
traum on nnm nnm-club.me/forum/viewtopic.php?t=684511 140 gigs
there is 1 more off distribution of librusek, but all my hands do not reach to understand the differences between nm-ovskoy from 520 and rutorovskaya at 99.6 rutor.org/torrent/212528
