Service for VKontakte?

For a long time I found an interesting site where you log in through VK (not just entering a login / password, but giving access to the application, or in some other way, like this was not there 2-4 years ago). Specifically, I remember the functionality of the site: constant online, automatic replies to messages, posting a record at a specified time, and so on.
Interested in the last possibility. Not for public, but on the user's wall (once, without captcha).
Preferably a site you have verified.
