Service for storing notes and source code

Good evening community!
It so happened that I used to write down various pieces of code and short notes on programming in a notebook so that they would always be at hand if I forget something. But there is more and more material, and it is not so easy to figure it out in a crowd of notebooks.
Hence the question: is there any convenient service where all this goodness could be transferred?

Requirements:

• privacy;
• automatic design of the source code (as in Habré, for example);
• convenient structuring, tags;

It is desirable to have a client for iOS / Android. Ready to use both already running services, and raise something on their own.
