Service for organizing technical literature?

Recommend a service for organizing technical literature. In particular:
1. Compilation of a list of books read, the ability to evaluate them and write a review.
2. Plans for the future, ie. what I am going to read, in what order, on what topics, etc. Links to ozone and amazon somewhere at hand will be very helpful.

Mendeley : mark read / unread, add ISBN (having searched for it yet, everyone is waiting and asking), links to the web, attach (if desired, synchronize) files, add notes and tags to catalog entries, create folders for organization, rating is, but binary - one star, quoting Multiplatform (Mac OS, Windows, Linux, iOS; Android seems to be promised), you can also use the web. In general, it is rather a cataloguer, but just in case, I bring it - look at the functions.
