I have plans to conduct video broadcasts on the Internet and get paid for it.
I don't know if there is such a service.
Skype is not suitable for the reason that the client can either pay or not pay after the session.
I need such a service where a person will come to my profile, yeah, he made a deposit, we had a session, I have the money, he is happy.

What's wrong with getting paid in advance?
If there is no trust, then you can take 50% first or use the services of guarantors.
