Service for backup of decent amounts of data (about 400GB)?

I'm going to move abroad, I don't want to take my computer with me, so I'm thinking of transferring all the data to some kind of online backup service, and after moving, pump it out from there.
I looked at the dropbox - they want 20 bucks a month for 100GB, and more than 100GB is impossible :(
Are there any other services with a larger volume?

Well, I have a Dedik. But there the screw is small, 250GB, and about 100 are occupied. Asked right now in technical support, they can add another 500GB screw for 300 rubles per month.
