What are the non-Russian alternatives to Acronis True Image 2016?

On the whole, Acronis True Image looks like a rather interesting product - the functionality and design are pleasing, only the reviews about malfunctions upset. But I would like to know if there are non-Russian alternatives for home users (can be paid) under Windows 10 with the following functionality:
- strong file encryption when creating copies
- support for differential and incremental backups
- the ability to use not only local storage, but also SFTP
Additional it would be a plus if the same software had the ability to:
- make a full disk image and easily restore it from the image
- have a sane modern interface that is easy enough to understand
- if the software can be used on different machines and operating systems (Linux Debian/Ubuntu & Windows 10)
- the ability to execute console commands upon completion of the copying process or before it
Do not mind paid software and the lack of a Russian-language interface (English / German is required).
Many thanks in advance for the information and help!
PS It would be great if you could share in the comments your experience of creating backups and using various software, as well as pitfalls, if any.
And yes, I used Google before asking the question here. But one thing is a bunch of unknown software + huge time spent on sorting and testing each one, another is the personal experience of users of this resource. I think experience is much more important here than superficial stuffing of marketers from search results.

Built-in backup system in windows.
Only the ability to work with SFTP is missing, but working with SFTP for Windows software is not typical at all.

what other failures in TrueImage. How many I use it did not meet with failures. except that a capitally dying hard may not be considered, but this way it is no longer considered anything and this is not a drawback of TrueImage.
I don't know about analogues. Once upon a time there was such a program (still for DOS) Norton Ghost. I was surprised to find out a week ago that someone else is using it =)
