We need a service for monitoring the availability of servers / sites.
We used uptimebot, but for some reason it raised prices many times, I had to refuse.

Requirements:
1. Ability to distinguish between types of errors (dns fell off / unavailable the server itself / the server responds with such and such an error code)
2. CMS informing by several numbers.
3. The same by mail.
4. Public reports.
5. Reasonable price.

Desirable, but optional:
1. Check from different countries
