Server info?

Good afternoon.
Whether prompt there is a software which allowed to store the information on the server. For example, ip, name, responsible person, login password, what is spinning on this server. The simpler the program, the better.

I myself use it and recommend it to others. For Linux, of course, there will be less information and to take it you will have to dance, Windows takes off with a bang as it should be with a mouse - from a couple of clicks :)
UPD: I almost forgot - it costs money. But honestly, it's worth the money.
