Hi everyone, let's get straight to the point.
Why don't you even drink tea?
You need to buy a PC for a web server.
Server requirement to withstand about 100,000 - 200,000 per day.

For modern, not even powerful hardware, this load is child's play.
I have a server with 2 G of RAM in a virtual machine with two cores that can easily withstand up to 12,000 requests per second.
This is about a billion requests per day (assuming they are spread throughout the day).
Such a server costs less than 400 rubles per month.
It all depends on how messy your software is written.
Hardware requirements are small. It is not even clear why you need to buy your server for such volumes - a virtual machine will cost less and its support lies on the shoulders of the hosting provider. Why take all this on your shoulders?
If for 100-200,000 requests per day 4 G of RAM and 2 cores are not suitable for you, which costs a little less than 500 rudders per month, then look for jambs in your software.

It is strange to measure sites by the number of requests. Neither the size of the request is clear, nor the type of site, nor the load. Maybe everything will stick in your database, maybe in the CPU, maybe in the disk, maybe in the memory.
At least do some profiling, otherwise telepathy.

Sorry.
Software: mariadb, memcached, nginx, php-fpm.
Base load is minimal 80% of requests are cached.
The memory load is about 16 MB.
Now we are shooting VPS and resting on the processor and memory.
Specifications VDS
Memory : 1GB
Processor : 1 core 2397.222 Mhz
