Server capacity allocation?

Good afternoon, help with advice on how to correctly distribute the power of the 1st Hp DL 360 gen 9 server with two processors of six Xeon E5-2620 cores, 32 GB of RAM and a 2 TB hard drive configured for RAID. It is required to raise exchange 2013 which in turn requires AD DS, you still need to raise the Proxy server. Employees' computers are in the workgroup (the number is 50 PCs), there is a router (home) in the course, and from it already into switches, etc.
1) Raise virtual machines (Hyper-V) or install Hyper-V hypervisor Windows Server 2012 for reliability?
2) How many virtual machines to make, what capacities to set and what roles to raise on them?
3) Over time, I will transfer all users to the domain (now I want to prepare the server so that there would be no problems later)?
4) There is a test.ru site that is serviced by the hosting, so that the mail would have @test.ru, I created the test.ru domain, did I apply the correct domain name, there will be no problems in the future, or I had to come up with another domain name like corp.test .ru?
5) A proxy server is needed to prohibit certain sites for certain users and so that it would be possible to report to the boss every month who is browsing where on the Internet, is it better to do this on third-party usergate or kerio products, or can you get by with standard windows tools?
Thank you

If you have the required number of licenses, etc., I will soon also be about to raise 2 virtual machines on the same server with 10 raids: the first AD (first raise the domain, enter users, objects) the second exchange.
The mail traffic is quite small, so I will copy the virtual machine when backing up.
Judging by your questions, you are poorly versed in server architecture, and without a general understanding of how roles are configured ... well, I do not advise you to start raising something without reading about how it is done. Give it a few days.
Of course, you can not read anything, hire a specialist or a private office that, according to your technical specifications, will raise everything you want through teamview'er The price of the issue in offices is from 60K, private traders have a lower price tag.
