Server and client can't see each other OpenVPN?

Raised open vpn. Everything is set to default. starts.
The client connects, but they do not see each other, do not respond,
I do a tracer from the server, it does not turn into a tunnel, and the client does not either.
Turned off the firewall.
I think the problem is in the routes.
How to be? What to do?

How to understand connects, but does not see? They are not required to ping, on the server any one port for vpn can be open and that's it. Can I have openvpn configs and logs?
