Sequence or video file controlled by the mouse on the site?

Hello!

Guys tell me how to solve the problem.
I have a sequence of jpg images rendered in 3ds max (house - 360 flyby in a circle), I can also assemble a video file from the sequence. I don’t know what will be more convenient to work with.

What is the point: I need to place this sequence on the site in a window so that it can be rotated with the mouse LMB, that is, by clicking on the LMB and moving left to right - the animation moves back / forward at this time, thus creating a feeling of rotation of the house.

I recently used it myself:

Recently I needed to make an animation from a set of frames, ready-made solutions were heavy or with inappropriate settings, so I made my own https://github.com/its2easy/animate-images , you can try.
The video option will weigh less, but there will most likely be jamming.
For the pure 3D version, you can use model-viewer , but you need to export it in a suitable format.
