Separate additional fields for bitrix subsections?

A question of this nature, the "Clinic" infoblock has been created and the "Directions" section has already been made there, respectively, there are settings for the entire section of the direction, etc.

Further subsections are created in Directions.

Now the task is this, each subsection of
Pediatrics, Dentistry, etc. make your layouts.
That is, pediatrics will have their own blocks, sliders, etc., and dentistry will have their own.
For example, on WP, this is solved by ACF indicating a specific page (post), but here I can’t figure out how to make such a structure so that the dentistry subsection has its own components and its own design, and its own in pediatrics.

Since there can be different components on the page, the conditional option can be complicated, and therefore it’s easier for each section to create a physical folder and index page where to place the components you need, and in the components themselves you can already assign the desired component template.
You can change the site template for a specific section in the site templates:

Leave the sections in the infoblock, when you configure the components in the physical folder, specify which section of the infoblock to take information from
