How to customize registration in Bitrix?

I can not understand how the user parameters and registration component works.
We need user registration and a personal account page where information about the user will be published.
What I did:
1. Created a new section /personal/
2. Inserted the "User Options" component in the index file.
3. I created a copy of the template for myself in local. Everything is OK, the admin parameters are displayed.
Now the question is, why did the authorization and registration form appear when I went to localhost/personal/?login , if I did not call these components?
And how can I edit it? It is not in the copy of the "user parameters" template..
I found these 2 components (registration and authorization). They are located in /bitrix/components/bitrix/system.auth.authorize/templates/flat/template.php and
/bitrix/components/bitrix/system.auth.registration/templates/flat/template.php
Can I somehow copy to local to edit further there?
And am I doing the right thing?

You have already customized the authorization and registration component templates. This is the first step. There are still 2 left.
2. For custom registration, you need to use the main.register component and customize its template. Then you need to create a separate page and place this component there. And after that, go to the settings of the Main module and specify the path to this page: https://yadi.sk/i/aHmJc1wMTuBJ-g
3. In the same place, just below, there is a field in which you need to specify the name of the customized authorization template.
After these actions, when you try to get into a closed section or call authorization components, it is your components that will always be displayed.
