SEO with a minimum of words. Maybe?

Hello. I am about to implement one of my projects. I won’t say what the idea is, but the point is that the site will not have articles and other goodies for SEO. The main benefit of the site is the web applications that will be located on it.
The question is, what are the prospects for optimizing such a site with a minimum of keywords (of course, I do not forget about other optimization vectors)?

The fewer keys, the fewer results on the issue, but if all the keys go to the top, then it will be good, i.e. here you will need to work not on the number of words, but on their quality when promoting.

I have an answer: precosts.com - here is one application site and see how it is designed in terms of SEO.
