Looking for a way to conveniently send andoid SMS via the Internet with the possibility of a common history with regular SMS. Send across Russia at competitive rates.
Purpose: to save on SMS correspondence with other areas for a non-IT person. Via SMS, since there is no possibility to use the Internet on the other side.

sms.ru has an application for Android. (Sorry for the ref. link :))
If there is no access to the Internet, the application will send an SMS in the regular way.
The only thing is that there is a limit on the number of recipients per day. The default is 10, increase on request.
