Sending replies to a large conversation in Gmail

To begin with, I will describe the situation ...
My company has a form on the site, in which the user enters his question and contact information, after which it is automatically sent in a letter to my special workbox for user support.
Since it is on Gmail, all letters for one day are included in one correspondence.
After accumulating a certain number of letters, I fill out responses to users in a row and start sending letters.
After some time, I worked out some kind of system, first I fill out all the letters, then I start sending them. And this is where I ran into a problem. In Gmail, buttons send all emails from the page and I have to gradually scroll through the entire page to gradually send them. The inconvenience is aggravated by the fact that when sending a couple of letters, the page immediately goes down and, as a result, the place where the next send button is located is constantly lost.
If there are at least 40-60 letters, then this is already a loss of at least 10 minutes to send already created letters.

Does this problem have any solution?

Add unique elements to the subject of letters received from the site. Request ID, for example.

In the settings, you can turn off the grouping of letters and each letter will be separate ...
