Why did gmail block access to insecure apps (Alpine)?

I got interested in Alpine.
He works in the console and eats a little.
Got gmail mail.
It says an error. got into the account:
Insecure application

What should I do?
I bet on Debian WSL

Alpine is better than a browser because:
It is in the console
It eats less resources
Minimalistic
Works offline (but does not send it by itself)

Gmail has a lot of insecure apps! Resolves an issue with allowing access for insecure apps in the Google Account Security section
