Sending mail using an external SMTP server. What do you recommend?

Hello. There was such a question. There is a domain on nic.ru and a server on reg.ru. But you cannot specify an SPF record on a nickname. Because of this, I get into spam (although not for everyone). txt entry doesn't help. Please advise a solution to the problem or which external smtp mailer to take to send messages from the site?
Used to use mailgun.com. But it crashes periodically.

There is no SPF record at all. There is a TXT record with SPF data.
