Sending email without specifying a user?

When sending a user's mail from a php script, it turns out that the letter comes from the author.
That is, incoming from whom, my nickname is written.
And for example, the toaster sends: Toaster - questions and answers
Here's the difference:
Letter from my script: [email protected]
Letter from the toaster script: Toaster - questions and answers
And on the right, when viewing the message, my nickname is visible, and the ability to add it to others/circles/subscriptions
