Sending a parcel from Moscow to St. Petersburg?

There is a need to send a small valuable package the size of a box from an HTC phone, weighing about half a kilo. Delivery time is not very important, but no more than a week. The main thing is that they deliver in value and safety.
Our valiant mail, I think, can be dismissed immediately. There are plenty of courier services to choose from.
Offhand I found several of these:
express-post.ru/
www.vestovoy.ru
www.9954444.com/
www.edostavka.ru/
www.ponyexpress.ru/
Prices are almost the same everywhere, so I would like to know which is more reliable?

EMS just sends a week) Although they promise 2-3 days. Your courier picks up the package (or hand it over at the post office) and delivers it personally to the addressee.

PonyExpress and DHL still have higher prices.
I recommend to start with EMS or
cpcr.ru/
www.garantpost.ru/

Do not forget that EMC is "EMS Russian Post", with all the consequences

It is more reliable to take the train and deliver it personally, at the same time you will ride the Sapsan.
Or choose any known. The human factor has not been canceled and the name of the company, whatever it may be, cannot influence it in any way.

We trade in electronics, many through whom we sent goods in a couple of years.
Most often www.express-pochta.ru/
Nobody lost parcels.
Never insured.
Delivery times ruin everything.
But in a week - these - always fit.
