How to transfer html attributes in prettier?

How to make prettier wrap attributes like this:

Firstly, the site must use a websocket for a permanent connection (most likely a separate special page), and secondly, the software on the server must, upon receipt of an application, send data about it to all websockets.
In general, you can receive applications in real time, but most likely you will have to edit the code. Or do something on top of the existing Backend.
