Semiconductor simulation software

Good afternoon.
Prompt software for visual modeling of semiconductors. Interested in particular simulation of the heterojunction of the solar cell. Except TCAD.

In addition, I am interested in where in Russia one can order modeling of a semiconductor heterostructure of a solar cell, without calculations ??
Thank you.

Here's what I managed to find:
1) Qucs qucs.sourceforge.net/ is a universal electrical circuit emulator. The site has builds for Windows/Linux/Mac OS. There are also screenshots. It seems that there is support for semiconductor elements. Open source code.
2) Electronics Workbench is also a program for modeling electronic circuits. As I understand it, the program is paid, so I could not give a direct link.
I hope these programs will help you in this interesting business.

There are demo versions here , but I don't know where to get the full versions. And yes, they are self-written.
I ran across some Matlab models for semiconductors for a long time, but now I can’t find them anymore. Maybe you'll get lucky.
