Selling Windows Phone apps to a developer from Belarus?

Today I am preparing to release several paid applications for Windows Phone.
I live in Belarus and selling applications through a Belarusian account is not possible.
If anyone came across - what options did they use: registration from another country or others?
Most likely you will have to register an account in another country, but I would like to know if the work will be done in vain and which country to choose?
Perhaps there are options for using electronic systems aka PayPall (which, by the way, does not work in Belarus either), or Yandex / WebMoney?

As far as I know, it is not possible to link an account and a store account from different countries. those. the bank account must be exactly in the country that is specified when registering in the store.
it is also impossible to register in a store in another country without having citizenship in it
