Selling retail goods for virtual (game) currency in an android application?

Is it possible to sell (exchange) real goods (retail goods: coupons, certificates, services, goods) for game (virtual) currency, if it was honestly obtained in a quiz game? It can only be obtained or earned, but in order to play games, you need another game currency, which can be bought through the Google service.
In the rules from Google, there is such a text:
Purchases through the application.
To sell digital products through a game featured on Google Play, you must use the Google Play content selling system.
When selling digital products through other types of applications provided on Google Play, you must also use the Google Play content selling system. Exceptions are the following cases:
sale of non-digital goods;
At the same time, there is also this:
The following types of goods and services cannot be sold through applications from Google Play:
Retail goods . For example, groceries, clothing, household goods, and electronic devices.
Paid services. This includes the transportation of passengers and cargo, cleaning, food delivery, air tickets, tickets to events, etc.
Remarkably, in the English version of the last cited it is not written "forbidden to", but only "not supported"
Who will help deal with this issue ? Google is politely silent, and I have not yet found such a practice anywhere)))
