Self-tutor in elementary mathematics?

I ask for help in finding a tutorial on elementary mathematics. I studied it at school, but unfortunately I forgot the name and authors. Russian textbook for schools with a mathematical bias. I searched all over the Internet, but did not find it. The only thing I remember is that in the first chapter there were tasks on the logic of the type about wise men and hats, and in the second chapter they analyzed quantifiers. Thanks in advance for your help.

And at my school I had "Handbook of elementary mathematics" by Mark Yakovlevich Vygodsky. Although formally a reference book, and not a textbook, everything is stated with suitable explanations.
