Hello.
I am self-employed (NEP) and a citizen of the Russian Federation.
A proposal for cooperation was received from a legal entity of the Republic of Belarus.

I know that I can work with legal entities (6%), including foreign ones, if I operate in the Russian Federation, that is, I am physically located in the Russian Federation and provide services via the Internet.

The question is, can a RB legal entity work with me? Since I am physical for them. person and they will be obliged to pay insurance premiums for me and so on. This results in double taxation. Or am I wrong?

I do not want to issue an IP, because it complicates my activity, I am satisfied with self-employment.
