Selection of Mikrotik for the office?

Good day, I am now rebuilding the network in one institution, the question arose of selecting a Mikrotik there. Briefly about the local network and the requirements:
1) The number of machines is about 200pcs
2) The network is predominantly 100 Mbps
3) DHCP will be deployed on the router 4) It is necessary that the
router has 2 communication channels with other institutions
that has to deal with it all. Therefore, the question is to stop on it or are there other interesting options?

RB2011UIAS-RM is very weak. It won't work.
Especially with this if the channels are encrypted.
3011 or 4011 from Dmitry 's answer are guaranteed to cope with the tasks.

2011 weak model. On one VPN, the load under 100% takes off during active work. You need to take 4011 - it has hardware encryption.

It is better to look towards 3011 or 4011, but it all depends on the load on the router. Maybe hEX is enough for you

Dmitry As rightly noted here, 2011 is still an old machine, although if you estimate it correctly, it may still be enough for you, but you need to take into account the features:
1) you have two switch chips there that work with each other through the CPU.
https://i.mt.lv/cdn/rb_files/Block-RB2011UAS-2HnD.pdf
2) You will get the maximum speed here in the region of 1400 without rules and with an MTU of 1500.
3) if you have a 100 megabit network and you need to keep two channels of 100 megabits and DHCP, then yes, the network will work but very slowly. Nevertheless, the backbone, between networks, must be made at least 1 gb, but for this, this router is no longer enough.
No, in theory it is possible to disband bridge 1-to-gigabit interfaces, but we will most likely run into a speed in the region of 500-600 megabits (subject to the rules).
On my own, I would recommend that you can assemble any machine with two network cards and that's enough for your eyes (buy faces separately)
well, or still look at 3011 at least. With the HEX s series, the same is not so simple in terms of ports. See the port block diagram, whatever you might think + you can do port aggregation, then this is 1100. Internal speed 7gb, 3 groups of ports.
Good price. Tested, disassembled - all tests show the declared performance. You can watch it on youtube if you don't mind killing 1-2 hours of your time.
