set up a separate port for 2 providers, set up NAT
further in the firewall>> manga - make marking for the desired local IP
, then in ip> routes set the route 0.0.0.0 through the desired gateway, with a distance greater than the main Internet. and there we put the marking that was indicated in the previous step
As a result, the ikrotik will mark the traffic from the specified local IP and send it to the specified gateway

You mark the routes from this host with a mangle (you can register the hosts with sheets), in the routes to the exit from the backup channel, indicate which marked traffic comes out.
