Selection of an inexpensive tablet with the ability to use as a navigator

Hello!
In the near future I would like to purchase an inexpensive tablet. Here are the tasks I would like to use it for:
1) Reading books.
2) I have a webcam on my computer. I would like to see what it shows on the tablet. (for example skype)
3) Use as a navigator. I would like to attach to the glass of the car and use it as a navigator with voice prompts. (preferably without connecting to an Internet)
4) Watching movies and listening to music.
5) Internet access.
Is it possible on a tablet like this ? As I understood from herethere is a built-in GPS. With reading books, listening to music, accessing the Internet and watching movies, I think there will be no problems. What about skype and navigator? And are there other tablets with an approximate price? Tell me please! Thanks in advance!

habrahabr.ru/blogs/iTablet/110714/ - I use this.

  1. Like all Android devices, there is no perfect application, but with a certain set of programs, you can open everything you need.
  2. There is Skype, but not everything is in order with video calls, at least you can’t turn on the camera on the device, if you’re interested, I can conduct an experiment.
  3. There is Google maps, you need the Internet, you can install Navitel - offline, the latter is not something that slows down, but some kind of uncertain scrolling. Car charger and glass mount need to be purchased separately. Charging is about $ 2-3, fasteners are about $ 10, if you order in China.
  4. I play FullHD normally, they say there are problems if the HD movie is packed in mkv, it can slow down in some places. Sound - China, music lovers should use it :)
  5. Supports WiFi, external 3G modems and even Lan.

This tablet is popular, more or less stable, it runs most applications and even Skype, you can really set up a 3G modem. Other Chinese and branded Chinese are roulette, you need to read for each, although there is little information. It has not yet been possible to connect to the SuperPad II, also known as Flytoch 3, via a 3G modem.

About the navigator in the car. If this feature will be used most of the time, then look in the direction of autonavigators. They are specifically designed for this, built using specialized chipsets / sensors, the kit almost always comes with some kind of Navitel / Cityguide thread. If you wish, you can take a model with a blue tooth or with your own gprs module (for “going to the Internet”), or even with Wi-Fi on board (for “climbing the Internet at home”). All the pleasure is 3...6 thousand, almost any navigator can play the converted video on its screen.
But reading books and skype in this case in flight. The first rests against a regular TFT-screen, the second - in the absence of a client under WinCE 5/6, on which such navigators are built.
