WTClient.exe eats up about 20-25% of CPU time?

Good day, I'll get straight to the point:
The WTClient.exe process hangs in memory, which eats up about 20-25% of the processor time. I don’t know what exactly this thing does, but I know that it is from a tablet (cheap Chinese Trust, but their encoders are definitely Indians). Everything would be fine, but the process remained even after removing the drivers on the tablet and still loads the processor. It can be unloaded through the task manager, but after a while it reappears - constantly monitoring and unloading is not an option.
I want to kill this process, and it doesn’t matter if the tablet will work after that (I need it extremely rarely and if I need it, I’ll return everything back for a while).

Everything is simple here - through Process Explorer from Russinovich, you find out where the exe of the process is (you can also use a simple search), kill the process and rename the file. If necessary, perform the reverse operation.
