Selecting CentOS/Debian repositories?

Hi all! I set out to search for reps with a fresh and supported set of packages for the web server.
What you need:
Apache
MySQL
PHP
Nginx

All this should be up to date, compiled in a human way and that there are actual fixes.
There is dotdeb.org for Debian, but there is no Apache, for CentOS I don’t know any analogues.

For Debian - Debian testing.
And for CentOS ... The question is: why install CentOS or RHEL, connect a bunch of unofficial repositories to it and rebuild by hand what was not in these repositories. What benefit do you get from CentOS, other than an unstable system due to garbage packages compiled by different people? Why not just install Debian testing/unstable?

netselect-apt, but in general for relevance, it is better to use src, ./configure, make, make install.

Is EPEL not suitable for CentOS?
download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/
for today there:
httpd 2.2.15
mysql-server 5.1.52
nginx 0.8.54
php 5.3.2
I know it's a problem with the nginx version, but the rest is relevant.

Not long ago I learned about the nginx repository from the developers. Perhaps it will be useful. I use it myself ...
For centos 6
[nginx] name=nginx repo baseurl=http://nginx.org/packages/centos/$releasever/$basearch/ gpgcheck=0 enabled=1
