Select an IP telephony operator. Do you need forwarding from a multiphone to an arbitrary number?

You need to redirect from a multiphone to an arbitrary number, it is very desirable that the correct CallerID be substituted and it would be nice if all this cost less than a locomotive.
That is, we need an operator who will himself receive calls to my multiphone account and forward them to the specified phone. The multiphone is many years old, for sure someone already provides such a service.
I tried to raise my own asterisk, it turns out unstable, apparently because of the channel. There is neither time nor desire to raise a server somewhere in the clouds (this is already quite far from what I can do well).

In the next topic, the Zadarma cloud PBX is described, it can do this.
Only when forwarding through this PBX, CallerID will be displayed which is set on the PBX. This is due to the security system (so that they cannot substitute an arbitrary number). But all incoming calls will be displayed in the PBX statistics, and other functions can be used.
