Security service, polygraph and psychologist during the interview. Tell me who had it?

Hello.
So I make my way to the testers. In one office (many bank clients. This is probably why it’s so strict ... or I don’t know something), after talking with the head of the department, they said that everything was sbs, I liked it, now we need a security service, a polygraph and a psychologist + all sorts of questionnaires there . I'll be running around on Monday. Decided to fix myself somehow. Like, I won’t pass - and figs with them. Maybe someone went through this? Now I'm reading articles, and my friend told me how he did it all. So far, it seems that it is neither fish nor meat. That is, it seems to be necessary, but it seems to be nonsense, and it seems that most likely garbage. Yes, and the friend said that when he was driven out on a polygraph, they could not understand where he was lying and where not, i.e. crookedly calibrated or something like that, and, in short, they didn’t take it. I'm going as a tester, and not as an accountant, how serious can you consider mulyons, or as a director. Generally, Share your opinion and experience if you have time. I'm just an introvert psychiatrist. By itself, I’m calm, I don’t speak much, but on business, sometimes I’m extinguished when I shouldn’t, I don’t create barriers (like you, I’m not very official, etc.) with people in order to communicate more comfortably. I'm afraid they just won't understand me.
Thanks =) I
've already asked questions here while I'm looking for a job (so far I work hard at night for the dough 2/2). In 3 weeks, I found three potential good places. Not even a noname, but quite well-known companies. There were only 80 test responses (out of 200, including SEO and content managers), 20 of them were refusals (there were 30-40 in total with the same SEOs and others), 3 interviews were passed (out of about 9) and 2 more for queues. Total hangs 60 responses, something viewed. With 1 vacancy, I reached the SB. So far, I have divided employers into three categories: where the head is an asshole (often a small business), where an HR is an asshole (it is found not only in small businesses. Often in HR offices), and companies where I really don’t go through knowledge or experience, because to. given the opportunity to express.

You should score on such companies. Find normal offices and do not be humiliated. They probably check the cleaners the same way, and maybe even mice.

Considering that the polygraph does not show anything about its use, it is a sign of idiots in the leadership. Go to other places, and kill these.

Went to interview in min. defense and a couple of state. structures. There were no polygraphs.

The setting is correct.
A polygraph is generally crap unscientific. With the same success, you can check on Tarot cards. Or there according to the horoscope.
