It is necessary to find the message of a specific user by tag.
1. There is a search.tagContents request to search for all messages by tag. From it, you can try to find the user's message. Is it possible to set a filter by user or at least by date (there is a filter parameter in the documentation, but it is not clear how to set a value for it)?
2. There is a stream.get request to get messages in the feed and you can find a message with a tag there. You can filter by tag.
