The essence of the question is that in the API Documentation, the description of the group.getUserGroupsV2 method says that: "....uid.....User ID, the list of groups of which you want to get "
When using the method, if you form a request along with your token and the uid of another user swears that (Only one of session_key or uid must be specified) if without a token, then an error: (Missed required parameter: access_token). Some kind of vicious circle is obtained. Maybe the unique user identifier needs to be specified not uid, but uids or fids or fid?
