Search text on ftp server

Grabbed a virus on a site that redirects mobile traffic to an apk file.
You need to find this code in the files on ftp.
Tell me how can this be done?

Here I downloaded the script for you dl.dropbox.com/u/20099426/search.zip Upload
the php file to the root, go to search.php?s=QUERY
Instead of QUERY, put the query you need. In the file itself, you can configure which files to watch. Now it costs php and html

You can also check by the date the files were modified. Well, look in the logs.

Not really an answer to this question, but it might help. Check your .htaccess file, this kind of crap is usually put in these files.
