Search in win 10 multiple files in a folder, how?

How should the list of filenames for group search look like in win 10? And how to conduct this search?
For example: - there are about 1000 files in a folder - images with names like 100.jpg, 21.jpg, 111.jpg and so on. How and where (in the explorer? in the total commander?) to set the search string only by file names (without extensions) in order to get the search result in the form of the files you are looking for?

In Total Commander: Commands - Search for files.
Specify the search mask.
Found files - on the panel.
Exports the list.
