How to restore the installation file?

I wanted to reset windows to factory settings, but the file C:\Windows\System32\Recovery was damaged. Is it possible to restore it somehow?

Most likely not, but you can try to restore the system and then reset:
Enter sfc /scannow in the command line from the admin
And then Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
If it doesn’t help, then you need to reinstall Windows.
