Search for a part on a car by VIN, using the Armtek and Partcom databases. How?

I will say right away that I am very far from automotive topics. The client has 2 suppliers: Armtek and Partcom. He ordered to make an online auto parts store, where the user can search for spare parts by VIN. the problem is that the API of these suppliers requires the part number and not a word about the VIN. I've been sitting for 2 hours, studying, I just can't figure out which side to approach. Thanks in advance.
