Search for a desktop single-user task manager (?) for windows xp sp 3

The bottom line is this: so that I (the doctor) do not forget the dates of the next VC (medical commissions - extension of the disability certificate), ITU (... examination for a disability group), regular referrals of patients for research, a desktop application is needed to remind (notes on the desktop are not relevant) . Notebooks and leaflets have the most unpleasant property of getting lost or being removed to a place inaccessible to me by the orderlies of the department. There is a board with markers, but markers - see about books / pieces of paper.
The ideal option is an analogue of a task manager (timeline, deadline and other time points and whistles). Calendar for spreading the schedule of duty, consultations and departures for medical aviation.
Based on the features of the work, a product is needed that would not require access to the network (well, there is no Internet for smerds), would be single-user, would rustle on win32 and would not ask for money for work. Desirable - desktop (php-analogue does not want to raise).
And, I don’t have sclerosis and insanity, so far it seems, just work ... a lot. And Windows - well, it was at the workplace, I don’t touch it :)
Thank you.

The topic of my internship :) But it will not suit you, because. MS SQL Server is involved, it was necessary to do something simpler.
When I was preparing materials from Russian, I didn’t find anything worthy , but there are a variety of programs in English, will it suit you?

Lightning, but it seems to be going along with Thunderbird now, which will give some discomfort, but will satisfy the needs.
