Scroll inside fullpage.js block?

Good afternoon!
I use the fullpage.js library, for scrolling inside the block I set scrolloverflow: true.
How to track how much the block "scrolled"?

But it does not work for the "scroll" method, for the "scrollStart", "scrollEnd" methods, etc. it works, but I need it in scroll moment to know the offset from the top of the block.
