Script to connect monitor?

The story is like this. I have a laptop with a monitor connected to it. I put the laptop with the keyboard behind the monitor (sideways), respectively, I change the orientation of the laptop display. But when I remove the laptop from there and use the laptop in normal mode, I have to change the orientation again, put it back and again I have to change it all the time.
What do I want to do? We need a script that catches the monitor connection event and changes the laptop display orientation, and when the monitor is disconnected, it changes the orientation back.
I thought through the "Task Scheduler" in Windows to do this, but in the "Task Viewer" I did not find the screen connection event. Maybe someone knows what kind of event, in which log it lies? Or maybe there is some other way to accomplish my task?
